Terms for digital products, source-included software, setup services, support, refunds, and account access.
Digital product purchases#
Software products are one-time purchases unless the product page states otherwise. A purchase grants the customer account a non-transferable entitlement to access the purchased files and documentation. Source inclusion does not transfer Kruiger Labs ownership, trademarks, resale rights, or ownership of third-party components.
Third-party software and services#
Products may depend on Discord, FiveM, CFX, MySQL or MariaDB, Google Cloud, Google Sheets, Tebex, FiveGuard, Netlify, hosting providers, APIs, or open-source packages. Third-party licenses remain in effect. Hosting charges, platform fees, API usage, domains, and other external costs are not included unless a written order says otherwise.
Setup and custom development#
Setup services cover the scope shown on the order. Customers must provide timely access and accurate configuration information without sending bot tokens through ordinary forms. LEO TOOLKIT and IAA BOT full setup prices are starting prices; custom backend, OAuth platform, API, website, migration, or integration work outside a compatible existing system may require a separate quote.
Custom Integration / Development work begins only after scope, price, schedule, ownership, and acceptance terms are agreed in writing.
Support boundaries#
Support covers the purchased product in its supported configuration. Kruiger Labs cannot guarantee compatibility with customer-modified source code, unsupported dependencies, altered database schemas, third-party outages, removed APIs, or environments that do not meet documented requirements. Restoring a modified installation may be quoted separately.
Refunds and disputes#
Refund eligibility depends on the published policy, applicable law, download and fulfillment state, setup work already performed, and the circumstances of the request. Refunds do not guarantee continued access to the affected product. When Stripe reports a dispute, affected entitlements may be suspended pending review. A lost dispute may result in revocation. Customers should contact Support before filing a chargeback so billing or fulfillment issues can be investigated.
Accounts and acceptable use#
Customers must protect their Discord account and may not share, resell, transfer, scrape, abuse, or bypass account, download, licensing, rate-limit, or entitlement controls. Accounts or entitlements may be suspended for fraud, chargeback abuse, credential compromise, unauthorized distribution, attacks, or material violations. Purchase history is preserved even when sales or access are paused.
Authorized operation#
Use Kruiger Labs products only in Discord servers, systems, databases, websites, and workflows you are authorized to administer. Human review remains required for moderation, personnel, blacklist, investigation, punishment, and other consequential decisions. No product guarantees uninterrupted availability or a particular business, moderation, legal, or operational result.
Changes and contact#
Product capabilities, supported integrations, and these terms may change as services evolve. Material changes should be published with an updated effective date. Contact Kruiger Labs Support with purchase, licensing, setup-scope, privacy, or account questions.
