These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of websites, documentation, software, scripts, Discord applications and bots, dashboards, APIs, digital products, custom development, setup, support, and other services provided by Kruiger Labs LLC ("Kruiger Labs," "we," "us," or "our"), collectively the "Services."

By purchasing, accessing, installing, inviting, authorizing, or using a Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use a Service for an organization, community, company, or Discord server, you represent that you have authority to act for that entity or community for the relevant use.

These Terms are intended for users worldwide. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or waives consumer or other legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived in your jurisdiction.

1. Eligibility and authority

You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian may need to authorize purchases or other activities as required by local law.

For Discord-connected Services, you must meet Discord's minimum age requirement for your country and comply with Discord's applicable rules. You may only connect a bot, application, server, account, system, API, website, or other resource that you own or are authorized to administer.

2. Discord compliance is mandatory

When a Kruiger Labs Service connects to or operates through Discord, you must comply at all times with the then-current:

• Discord Terms of Service;
• Discord Community Guidelines;
• Discord Developer Terms of Service and Developer Policy, where applicable;
• Discord monetization, paid-service, safety, platform, and API rules that apply to your use; and
• applicable laws and regulations.

Discord's current Terms require users to follow its Terms, Community Guidelines, and applicable developer rules. Kruiger Labs is independent from Discord Inc. and cannot authorize conduct that Discord prohibits.

You may not use a Kruiger Labs Service to violate or help another person violate Discord's rules. This includes, without limitation, using our Services for unauthorized self-bots or user-bots, spam, unsolicited mass messaging, raids, harassment, threats, ban or enforcement evasion, platform manipulation, fraudulent activity, credential theft, token abuse, unauthorized scraping, malicious automation, API abuse, rate-limit evasion, or unauthorized access to accounts, servers, channels, systems, or data.

You are responsible for your server configuration, permissions, staff actions, content, and use of automation. A feature being technically possible does not mean its use is permitted by Discord, by law, or by these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• break any applicable law, regulation, court order, or third-party right;
• infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights;
• distribute malware, credential stealers, backdoors, destructive code, or intentionally harmful content;
• gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, data, networks, or services;
• bypass authentication, licensing, access controls, rate limits, bans, sanctions, or security measures without authorization;
• impersonate another person or organization in a deceptive or unlawful manner;
• submit information you do not have the right to provide;
• interfere with the availability, integrity, or security of our Services or a third-party service;
• resell, redistribute, leak, sublicense, copy, or publish protected Kruiger Labs products except where the applicable license expressly permits it; or
• use a Service in a way that creates material security, legal, operational, or reputational risk to Kruiger Labs, our providers, users, or third parties.

We may investigate suspected abuse and may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Services, users, third parties, or legal compliance.

4. Software and licenses

Software and digital products remain subject to the license supplied with the applicable product or repository. Unless a product's license expressly states otherwise, purchasing or receiving a product does not transfer ownership of Kruiger Labs intellectual property or grant a right to redistribute, resell, reupload, sublicense, leak, or claim the work as your own.

Open-source or third-party components remain governed by their respective licenses. If a product-specific license conflicts with these general Terms regarding permitted use of that product, the more specific product license controls for that issue, except where doing so would violate applicable law.

5. Custom development and customer materials

For custom development, setup, integration, or support work, you are responsible for providing accurate requirements and for confirming that you have permission to provide any files, code, credentials, assets, logos, data, server access, or other materials supplied to us.

You retain whatever ownership rights you already hold in materials you provide. You grant Kruiger Labs a limited right to access, copy, modify, test, and otherwise use those materials only as reasonably necessary to perform the requested Services, provide support, maintain security, or comply with law.

Project scope, deliverables, revisions, delivery expectations, pricing, and any special ownership or licensing terms may be set out in a quote, invoice, product listing, statement of work, Discord ticket, or other written project agreement. Those specific terms supplement these Terms.

6. Purchases, pricing, taxes, and payment providers

Prices, billing intervals, included features, and delivery terms are shown at checkout, in a quote, invoice, or product listing. You are responsible for applicable taxes, fees, currency-conversion costs, or payment-provider charges unless the checkout or applicable law states otherwise.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Tebex or another supported processor. Their terms and privacy practices also apply to their services. We do not control a payment provider's independent processing, fraud review, account restrictions, or availability.

Chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals do not automatically create a right to retain access to a paid product or license. Fraudulent chargebacks or payment abuse may result in suspension while the transaction is investigated, subject to applicable consumer law and payment-network rules.

7. Refunds and cancellations

Refund and cancellation rights depend on the product, stage of custom work, delivery status, payment provider, and mandatory law applicable to the transaction. Any product-specific refund terms shown before purchase form part of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms removes a statutory cooling-off period, legal guarantee, refund right, or other mandatory consumer remedy that applies to you. Where local law requires a refund or cancellation right despite a product-specific policy, the law controls.

8. Service availability and changes

We may add, change, update, suspend, discontinue, or replace features when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, compatibility, legal compliance, third-party platform changes, or product development. We do not guarantee that every Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every future version of Discord, FiveM, RedM, operating systems, hosting platforms, frameworks, dependencies, or third-party APIs.

Where a paid Service is materially changed, we will comply with any notice, cancellation, refund, or other rights required by applicable law or the specific purchase agreement.

9. Third-party services

Our Services may integrate with or depend on Discord, Cfx.re/FiveM/RedM, GitHub, hosting companies, payment processors, database providers, APIs, or other third parties. Those services are governed by their own terms and may change or become unavailable independently of Kruiger Labs.

Kruiger Labs is not affiliated with or endorsed by a third party merely because a Service integrates with that platform, unless we expressly state otherwise.

10. User content and responsibility

You remain responsible for content, data, commands, configurations, moderation actions, and other material you or your authorized users submit through the Services. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for that material and its intended use.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to process such material only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the relevant Service, enforce these Terms, or comply with law. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual property

Kruiger Labs names, branding, original code, documentation, designs, graphics, software, and other original materials are owned by Kruiger Labs or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except those expressly provided in these Terms or an applicable license.

Feedback or suggestions may be used by Kruiger Labs without obligation to implement or compensate for them, to the extent permitted by law. This does not transfer ownership of your pre-existing intellectual property.

12. Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to a Service when reasonably necessary because of:

• a material or repeated violation of these Terms or an applicable product license;
• violation of Discord's rules when using a Discord-connected Kruiger Labs Service;
• fraud, payment abuse, security threats, unauthorized access, or malicious activity;
• a legal or regulatory requirement;
• a request or enforcement action from a platform on which the Service depends; or
• conduct that creates a substantial risk of harm to users, Kruiger Labs, our infrastructure, or third parties.

Where reasonable and legally permitted, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct a violation. Immediate action may be taken when necessary for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or prevention of harm.

Termination does not eliminate obligations that by their nature should survive, including payment obligations already accrued, license restrictions, intellectual-property protections, disclaimers, liability provisions, and dispute provisions.

13. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not make warranties beyond those expressly stated in a written product agreement or those that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that all defects will be corrected, or that third-party platforms will remain compatible with our Services. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups, access controls, testing, and security for systems you administer.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. In those jurisdictions, these disclaimers apply only to the extent legally permitted.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kruiger Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunities, or data, arising from or related to the Services.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, any limitation applies only to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that applicable law requires to remain unlimited.

Mandatory consumer rights and remedies remain unaffected.

15. Indemnity for business or organizational use

To the extent permitted by applicable law, if you use the Services on behalf of a business, organization, or community, you agree to defend and indemnify Kruiger Labs against third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your material breach of these Terms, or material you provide that infringes another person's rights.

This section does not apply where prohibited by applicable consumer law and does not require indemnification for losses caused by Kruiger Labs to the extent the law does not permit it.

16. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. By using the Services, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described there, subject to your rights under applicable law.

17. Copyright and infringement concerns

If you believe content distributed through a Kruiger Labs-controlled Service infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property rights, contact Kruiger Labs Support with enough information to identify the work, the allegedly infringing material, your authority to act, and a method of contact. We may request additional information required by applicable law before acting on a notice.

18. Governing rules and disputes

These Terms are intended to operate across jurisdictions. Applicable governing law, venue, and dispute procedures may depend on where Kruiger Labs is legally established, where you reside, whether you are acting as a consumer or business, the location of the transaction, and mandatory local law.

Before starting formal proceedings, you and Kruiger Labs are encouraged to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through Kruiger Labs Support, unless immediate action is necessary or applicable law gives you a right to proceed directly.

Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of the protection of mandatory laws or courts that cannot lawfully be displaced by contract. Any contractual choice-of-law or forum rule that may apply through a specific purchase agreement operates only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

19. Regional consumer protections

If consumer-protection, digital-content, privacy, accessibility, e-commerce, warranty, cancellation, or unfair-contract laws in your country or region grant rights that cannot be waived, those rights apply regardless of language in these Terms that might otherwise suggest a narrower remedy.

This includes, where applicable, mandatory protections available to consumers in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, U.S. states, and other jurisdictions. The inclusion of a region here does not mean every regional law applies to every transaction.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, third-party platform requirements, security practices, business operations, or law. The current version will display its effective or last-updated date.

If applicable law requires advance notice or affirmative consent for a material change, we will provide it as required. Changes do not retroactively remove rights that have already vested under mandatory law.

21. Severability and no waiver

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed as required, while the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

22. Entire agreement and priority

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, applicable product licenses, product listings, invoices, quotes, and written project-specific terms form the agreement governing the relevant Service. More specific written terms control over these general Terms for the subject they address, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Questions about these Terms, legal notices, or disputes may be submitted through the official Kruiger Labs Support Discord or another contact method identified on the Kruiger Labs website.

Do not send passwords, bot tokens, private keys, payment-card numbers, or other sensitive credentials through ordinary support messages.
