This Privacy Policy explains how Kruiger Labs LLC ("Kruiger Labs," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects personal information when you use our websites, documentation, Discord applications and bots, software, products, support channels, purchases, dashboards, APIs, or other services (collectively, the "Services").

This policy is intended to apply to users worldwide. Privacy rights vary by location. Where applicable law gives you rights or protections that are greater than those described here, those mandatory rights and protections continue to apply.

1. Information we may collect

Depending on the Service you use, we may collect or process:

• Account and identity information: Discord user ID, username, display name, avatar, guild/server membership, roles, permissions, and other identifiers made available through authorized integrations.
• Authentication information: OAuth authorization records, session identifiers, authentication timestamps, and security-related metadata. We do not ask you to send passwords, bot tokens, private keys, or other credentials through ordinary support messages.
• Contact and support information: messages, support tickets, email addresses when provided, troubleshooting information, screenshots, attachments, and other information you choose to send us.
• Purchase and transaction information: product, order, license, transaction status, customer identifiers, and related fulfillment records. Payment card or financial-account details are generally processed by the applicable payment provider rather than stored directly by Kruiger Labs.
• Technical and usage information: IP address where reasonably necessary, browser/device information, timestamps, request information, logs, error reports, rate-limit events, security events, and interactions with our Services.
• Discord application data: information a bot or application needs to perform an enabled feature, such as guild IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, message IDs, command interactions, moderation records, configuration values, or user IDs. The exact data depends on the product and features configured by a server administrator.
• Project information: files, configurations, server details, code, logs, or other material you provide when purchasing development, setup, troubleshooting, or support services.

We aim to collect only information reasonably necessary for the relevant Service, feature, security purpose, transaction, or legal obligation.

2. How we use information

We may use information to:

• provide, operate, authenticate, maintain, and improve the Services;
• process purchases, licenses, deliveries, and support requests;
• provide Discord bot and application features requested by users or server administrators;
• diagnose errors, prevent abuse, enforce rate limits, and maintain service reliability;
• protect users, Kruiger Labs, Discord communities, and our systems from fraud, misuse, unauthorized access, or security threats;
• enforce our Terms of Service, licenses, and applicable product rules;
• communicate important service, security, transaction, support, or policy information;
• comply with applicable law, valid legal process, and regulatory obligations; and
• establish, exercise, or defend legal claims where necessary.

Where a legal basis is required, processing may rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, compliance with legal obligations, or another lawful basis available under applicable law.

3. Discord and third-party platforms

Some Services interact with Discord. Your use of Discord remains subject to Discord's own Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Developer Terms, Developer Policy, and other applicable Discord rules. Kruiger Labs is an independent service provider and is not Discord Inc.

We use Discord data only for authorized features, administration, security, support, and other purposes described in this policy. Server owners and administrators are responsible for configuring our applications lawfully and for providing any notices or obtaining any permissions required for their community.

Our Services may also depend on third-party hosting, database, payment, analytics, source-control, infrastructure, or delivery providers. Those providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We seek to limit disclosures to information reasonably necessary for the service they provide.

4. When we may disclose information

We do not sell personal information for money. We may disclose information:

• to service providers and processors that help us operate the Services;
• at your direction or with your consent;
• to a server owner or administrator when necessary to provide an administrative feature they are authorized to use;
• in connection with a business restructuring, acquisition, financing, or transfer, subject to applicable law;
• when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations of our Terms; or
• when required by applicable law, court order, subpoena, or other valid legal process.

We may also use or disclose aggregated or de-identified information where permitted by law and where it is not reasonably capable of identifying an individual.

5. International data transfers

Kruiger Labs and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use or rely on lawful transfer mechanisms and safeguards appropriate to the relevant processing.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the Services, maintaining security and audit records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations.

Retention periods vary by data type and product. Information may be deleted, anonymized, or aggregated when it is no longer reasonably needed. Backups and security logs may persist for a limited period after deletion from active systems.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we process. No internet service, storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for protecting their own credentials, tokens, API keys, accounts, and devices.

If you believe a Kruiger Labs system or account has been compromised, contact us through the official support channels as soon as possible. Do not publicly disclose active credentials or exploitable security details.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, portability of, restriction of, or objection to certain processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent and to complain to a competent data-protection authority.

We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. Certain information may be retained where permitted or required by law, including for security, fraud prevention, transaction records, legal claims, or compliance obligations.

EEA, Switzerland, and United Kingdom

Where the GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar law applies, you may have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Where required, we will identify and rely on an appropriate lawful basis for processing.

United States

Residents of certain U.S. states, including California, may have additional rights regarding access, correction, deletion, portability, and certain disclosures or uses of personal information. Where applicable, you may also have rights to opt out of certain forms of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling. Kruiger Labs does not sell personal information for money. We will honor applicable state-law rights and will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising them.

Canada

Where Canadian privacy law applies, including PIPEDA or substantially similar provincial law, you may have rights to access and correct personal information and to withdraw consent subject to legal or contractual restrictions. You may also have the right to complain to the applicable privacy regulator.

Brazil and other jurisdictions

Where Brazil's LGPD or another applicable privacy law grants additional rights, we will honor those mandatory rights to the extent they apply to our processing. This may include confirmation of processing, access, correction, deletion or anonymization in appropriate circumstances, portability, information about sharing, and consent-related rights.

9. Children and age requirements

Our Services are not directed to children under 13. Where a Service relies on Discord, users must also meet Discord's minimum age requirement for their country. If local law requires a higher age or parental/guardian authorization for a particular Service or processing activity, that requirement applies.

If we learn that personal information was collected from a child in violation of applicable law, we may delete or restrict the information and associated access as required.

10. Cookies and similar technologies

Our websites or third-party infrastructure may use cookies, local storage, session storage, or similar technologies that are necessary for authentication, security, preferences, performance, or other enabled features. Where applicable law requires consent for non-essential technologies, we will seek it as required.

11. Automated decisions

We may use automated systems for operational functions such as spam prevention, rate limiting, fraud indicators, security alerts, or bot moderation features. Where applicable law grants rights concerning decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects, we will honor those rights when such processing applies.

12. Do Not Track and preference signals

Browser "Do Not Track" signals are not interpreted uniformly across the internet. Where we are legally required to recognize a supported privacy preference signal, we will do so as required by applicable law.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our Services, providers, or legal obligations change. The updated policy will show a revised "Last updated" date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a material change takes effect.

14. Contact and privacy requests

Privacy questions and rights requests should be submitted through the official Kruiger Labs Support Discord or another contact method identified on the Kruiger Labs website. Please provide enough information for us to understand the request, but do not send passwords, bot tokens, private keys, or other sensitive credentials.

For requests involving a Discord account, we may ask for your Discord user ID or another reasonable method of verification.

15. Relationship to other terms

This Privacy Policy should be read together with the Kruiger Labs Terms of Service, applicable product licenses, purchase terms, and product-specific notices. If a mandatory privacy law conflicts with this policy, the mandatory legal requirement controls to the extent of that conflict.
