Information covered#

Kruiger Labs processes the minimum information reasonably needed to provide customer accounts, digital purchases, protected downloads, setup services, support, and store security. Discord OAuth account data may include the Discord user ID, username, global display name, avatar reference, account timestamps, guild membership needed for staff authorization, and a keyed network fingerprint used for security. Email is not requested from Discord by the current login scope.

Orders and Stripe processing#

Order records may include an internal customer ID, Discord ID, Stripe customer and payment references, purchased items, setup services, amount, currency, discount, payment status, fulfillment status, refunds, disputes, and timestamps. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy terms.

Downloads and security records#

Protected download activity records the customer, product, order, version, time, result, and a masked or keyed network indicator when enabled. Audit records cover login, checkout, fulfillment, download, refund, dispute, entitlement, setup-service, and staff administration events. Full IP addresses are not posted to Discord by default. Security logs must not contain bot tokens, OAuth tokens, Stripe secrets, database passwords, or raw payment payloads.

Support and setup services#

Support tickets and setup intake submissions contain information the customer chooses to provide, such as Discord and guild IDs, hosting provider, database provider, FiveM connection details, Google Sheet or backend URLs, and operational notes. Ordinary forms do not request Discord bot tokens. Customers should enter secrets directly in their private hosting or application configuration.

Retention and service providers#

Records are retained for fulfillment, support, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, and service continuity. Access is limited to authorized staff. Information may be processed by Discord for OAuth identity, Stripe for payments, Netlify for hosting, database, functions, and private file storage, and Discord webhooks for restricted operational notices.

Kruiger Labs does not sell customer account information. Data may be disclosed when required by law, to protect the service, or to complete a customer-requested service.

Access, correction, and deletion requests#

Customers may contact Support to request access, correction, or deletion of eligible account information. Some order, payment, dispute, security, and tax records may need to be retained for legal or operational reasons. Deleting a website account does not require deleting accurate transaction records that must be preserved.

Customer-operated products#

Customers who deploy Kruiger Labs software are responsible for their own privacy notices, lawful data collection, staff access, retention, and deletion practices. OAuth access, investigations, cases, messages, intelligence results, and roster data should be limited to authorized users and retained only as long as needed.
