Database access denied / authentication failed
What it usually means
The application reached the database server but credentials/access were rejected.
Fix it in this order
- Verify host, port, database, username and password privately.
- Confirm the database user is allowed from the application host.
- Check whether credentials were rotated.
- Never paste the connection string into public support.
Prove the fix
Repeat the exact action that originally failed, then perform the relevant restart/reconnect or cold boot. Check logs again even if the visible symptom is gone.
Escalate
If it still fails, include the exact error, versions, reproduction steps and sanitized configuration in your support report.
