Diagnose guild departures, command sync, MySQL, FiveM, buttons, permissions, and token exposure.
Common problems#
| Problem | Likely cause | Resolution |
|---|---|---|
| Scarlett instantly leaves the server | Guild is absent from allowedGuilds | Add the numeric production guild ID, save, and restart before inviting again. |
| Slash commands are missing | Wrong clientID, invite scope, or sync delay | Correct the Application ID, invite with applications.commands, restart, and allow global propagation. |
| MySQL fails | Wrong values or blocked remote access | Compare credentials, grants, and firewall rules. |
| FiveM is offline | Status endpoint cannot be reached | Test dynamic.json from the bot host and correct host/port access. |
| Connect button is missing | cfxServerCode is blank or invalid | Enter the code after cfx.re/join/. |
| Site button is missing | websiteUrl is blank or invalid | Enter a complete HTTPS address. |
| Role action fails | Bot role hierarchy is too low | Move Scarlett’s role above the target role. |
| Token was leaked | Credential is compromised | Reset the token, replace it privately, restart, and remove the leaked copy. |
