LEO TOOLKIT Departments, Ranks, and Callsigns
Add departments, test spreadsheets, refresh ranks, and understand roster and callsign workflows.
Add a department#
/department add may require the department name, abbreviation, Discord guild ID, Google spreadsheet ID, spreadsheet tab names, and optional nickname format. The default nickname format is {callsign} | {officerName}. Discord displays the exact parameters supported by the installed build.
- Collect the numeric guild ID and spreadsheet ID.
- Confirm the sheet is shared with the service-account email.
- Run /department add and complete the displayed fields.
- Run /department test.
- Run /department refresh_ranks after the test succeeds.
Command groups#
